About us
VaradShree Venture LLP is a limited liability partnership based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, providing general contracting, construction, renovation and home-improvement services, including doors, windows, railings, safety grills, kitchen trolleys, CCTV and security systems, signage and painting. The business was earlier operated as Takale and Company.
Use of the website

Quotations & estimates
- Any price, estimate or quotation is based on the information, measurements and site conditions known at that time.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Where no period is stated, they may be revised if material prices or site conditions change.
- Final scope, specifications, quantities, timelines and payment terms are those set out in the written quotation, work order or agreement accepted by both parties.
Payments
- Payments are due as per the schedule agreed in the accepted quotation or work order (for example, advance, stage-wise and final payments).
- Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per prevailing law unless the quotation states otherwise.
- We may pause work if agreed payments are not received on time; any resulting delay will not be our responsibility.
Client responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely access to the site, along with electricity and water where required.
- Obtain any society, building or statutory permissions needed for the work, unless we have agreed in writing to arrange them.
- Share accurate information about the site, existing structures and concealed services (such as wiring and plumbing).
Changes & additional work
Any change to the agreed scope, design, material or quantity must be confirmed in writing (including by email or WhatsApp). Changes may affect the price and timeline, and additional work will be billed at the rates agreed at the time of the change.
Timelines & delays
We work hard to complete every project on schedule. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, client-side delays, changes in scope, weather, site conditions or events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural calamities, strikes or government restrictions). We will keep you informed of any expected delay.
Warranty & after-sales support
- Warranty on workmanship, if any, will be as stated in the quotation or agreement for that project.
- Manufacturer warranties on products such as hardware, locks, cameras and electronics are passed on to the client and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised alterations, natural wear and tear, or lack of reasonable maintenance.
Intellectual property
The VaradShree name, logo, website design, text and original photographs are the property of VaradShree Venture LLP or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-party links & services
This website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaradShree Venture LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussion. Failing that, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
